Ocard Rewards revolutionizes the traditional way of earning and redeeming points, pioneering a cross-country, cross-industry, and cross-brand rewards program.You can earn rewards through in-store consumption, online order, and buy vouchers. In addition, you can redeem Ocard Rewards for vouchers at department stores, cinemas, and convenience stores. You can earn Ocard Rewards from three ways: In-Store Consumption, Online Order (Available in select countries), and Buy Vochers (Available in select countries).・In-Store Consumption: Get rewards through providing your phone to Ocard designated merchants or using Ocard Pay at checkout.(If the merchant is not Ocard Pay Partner, you can only get rewards by providing your phone number to the staff of the designated merchants.)・Online Order: Order for takeout or delivery from Ocard designated merchants. Once the order is completed, you will get the rewards.・Buy Vouchers: Buy vouchers from the "Ocard EC". You can get the rewards after using the vouchers.
1. If you choose Ocoin as your rewards, the calculation is based on "Spending Amount*Rewards Rate." The total rewards are calculated to the second decimal place.For example, if you select Ocoin as a reward（with 3% reward rate) and spending amount is NT315, the calculated rewards are 315 * 3% = 9.45, and the actual earned rewards would be 9.45 Ocoin.2. If you choose the rewards besides Ocoin, the calculation is based on "Spending Amount*Rewards Rate." The total rewards are rounded down in case of decimal points. For example, if you select A as a reward（with 3% reward rate) and spending amount is NT315, the calculated rewards are 315 * 3% = 9.45, and the actual earned rewards would be 9 A points. If your spending is NT20, the rewards calculation will be NT20*3%=0.6, so the actual rewards you can get would be 0 A points.3. If you make a payment through Ocard Pay and use Ocard Rewards for redemption, the calculation formula is "(payment amount-redemption amount)* reward rate". Ocoin will be calculated up to the second decimal place, while other rewards will be rounded down to the nearest whole number in case of decimal points.
You can earn Ocard Rewards from three ways: In-Store Consumption, Online Order (Available in select countries), and Buy Vouchers (Available in select countries).・In-store consumption: After you spend at a designated merchant and provide your mobile number at checkout, you can receive rewards within 7 working days.・Online orders: After completing online orders for takeout or delivery and the order status shows 【completed】, you can receive rewards within 7 working days.・Buy Vouchers: After you buy the vouchers from 【Ocard EC】and use them at the merchants, you will receive rewards within 7 working days.You can check the status of your rewards in the 【My Rewards】 section of Ocard App. If the status is 【Transaction Under Review】or 【Processing】, the rewards for that transaction are still being processed and will be visible once completed. When you search on the Ocard App, the merchants with the label 【In-store/Online Order X% Rewards】are the Ocard desigated merchants where you can earn rewards both for in-store and online order. The store information page will also specify 【In-store Rewards/Online Order Rewards】.
Depending on the selected rewards, there are different expiration periods. Ocoin have a validity period of one year, starting from the day you received and ending at the end of the same month the following year. For example,rewards received from April 1, 2023, to April 30, 2023, must be used by April 30, 2024.For other Ocard Rewards partners, you can refer to each partner's official website for details.（Asia Miles by Cathay、HAPPY GO、OPENPOINT、PChome Point、Fami Point）
If you changed your phone number and want to change the phone number already bound to Ocard App, you can email Ocard customer service at service@ocard.co. Our team will assist you in transferring your Ocard Rewards to the new bound phone number, ensuring that your Ocard Rewards will not be affected.
Ocard Rewards includes a variety of rewards. Whether the rewards can be transferred will depend on the rules of each reward partners. Please check the details in the reward partners' official websites or App（Asia Miles by Cathay、HAPPY GO、OPENPOINT、PChome Point、Fami Point）. Ocoin, introduced by Ocard cannot be transferred. You can use Ocoin to redeem the vouchers and transfer the vouchers to your family and friends.
In the Ocard Pay payment page, click the pencil icon to enter the page of Pay with Ocard Rewards. The first time you use it, all bound rewards will be automatically selected by default. If there are rewards you don’t want to use, you can click the trash can icon to exclude them from being paid.If you want to use a specific reward but don’t see it in the options, it might be because you haven’t linked the reward to your Ocard account. Go to "My" > "Set Up Rewards" to bind your Ocard account with the reward account you wish to use. Once binded, the reward will appear in the options. Once you’ve selected the rewards, make sure to toggle the switch before checkout. After that, you can pay with Ocard Rewards in the designated merchants.
If the merchants participate in Ocard Rewards program, you can pay with Ocard Rewards regardless of whether you pay with Ocard Pay. You can check in the Ocard App whether the store accepts Ocard Rewards for payment. Please enter the store's page and select "Rewards & Redeem". If it's available, you will see the "Pay or Redeem with Ocard Rewards" section. If you don't use Ocard Pay at checkout, but you still want to pay with Ocard Rewards, you can use the scan icon in the top-right corner of the Explore page to scan the store's QRcode and access the page of paying or redeeming with Ocard Rewards.
Some Ocard Rewards can't be used in specific places. The restrictions are as follows:・Fami Point: Cannot be used for paying at convenience stores other than FamilyMart or at other locations related to competitive companies.If you attempt to use a reward at a location that does not support it, the system will automatically adjust the "Selected Rewards", removing those that cannot be used. Therefore, the expected rewards amount during checkout may differ from the final rewards amount. You can check the final rewards amount on the transaction result page.Some convenience stores and retail channels offer Ocard Rewards redemption services, but certain items are not eligible for redemption.If your purchase includes "items that cannot be paid with Ocard Rewards,” the transaction cannot be paid with Ocard Rewards. When you choose specific rewards to pay, the handling fee will be charged. The system will automatically calculate the handling fee based on the selected rewards, which will be directly deducted from the points. To check the handling fees for each reward, please click the "i" icon in the "Selected Rewards" section to see the detailed information about the fees.
1. When using Ocard Rewards for payment through Ocard App, the system will automatically calculate the maximum payment amount based on the selected reward, but the actual rewards amount for payment will be adjusted to the maximum value based on the total purchase amoun. The rewards amount for payment cannot be modified. For example, if the maximum amount based on your available rewards for payment is $1,000 but the purchase amount is only $500, the system will automatically modify the rewards amount for payment to $500.2. The redemption rate varies by types of rewards, and not all rewards follow a 1-point-to-1-dollar ratio. The calculation way is the points*reward ratio. For example, if you have 2,500 points of A points, and the redemption reward ratio is 100 points for 1 dollar, the calculation way: 2500*(1/100)=25
